Success Story of Rakesh Kumar Gupta (Bank PO in Syndicate Bank of India)

One of our ardent reader, Rakesh Kumar Gupta has shared his success story with us. Please find below the details story (unedited).

Hi, my name is Rakesh Kumar Gupta. I am from Bokaro steel city, Jharkhand.

I completed my graduation in 2008, my subject was Arts (History). Due to financial problem, I started working in a MNC (IT Company) in Kolkata. But I soon started having second doubt about private job.

I tried preparing for bank exams while working but is was not at all possible for me. In Feb 2013, I left the job, came home and joined a coaching class so they can guide me. I only started preparation for Bank exams because this is the only sector where there is lot of vacancies and in a year you will join. And that is what I was looking for.

Applied for IBPS (all 4 exams). Somehow I did not get through RRB PO, I cleared 3 exams. Given interview for IBPS Clerk (101 Marks)  and PO (63 Marks), I applied from Maharashtra in Clerk. I dont know why but I was declared fail in Clerk but thank God that I got selected in IBPS PO for Syndicate Bank.

I want to thank you to everybody - my parents, friends, teachers, relatives and Bankers Adda team for providing such a wonderful notes on each and every subject. You guys are great!!!

I think to crack any exam you should have good planning, good guideline, smart work, moral support and of course a little luck, at least luck worked for me. And guys please please please never give up. There is nothing that a human being cannot achieve.
