Success Story of Pankaj Arya (Bank PO in IDBI Bank )

Dear Bankersadda and all the future bank job aspirants,

I am Pankaj  Arya from Jhansi. I have completed my intermediate (10+2) from Jhansi after that I have done aircraft maintenance engineering (Diploma) from Delhi in 2008 but did't get any job in aviation then I have done B.Sc from Bundelkhand University Jhansi in 2011.

After Graduation I plan to start preparation in Banking sector.

In 2011, I cleared IBPS Clerk-1 written exam but I did't get any interview call because my score was less.

In 2012, I cleared IBPS RRB PO and Assistant both written exam but again no any interview call.

But I didn't loose hope and started preparing for IBPS PO-3

I studied only in night  and all other time used internet for preparation for banking and current affairs. My interested sections were Reasoning, Banking and Current Affairs.

For Banking and Current Affairs, I trusted Bankers Adda and this site is very useful for banking and all other knowledge.

In Quantitative Aptitude, I have good command over data interpretation because I knew that it is main topic of Q.A section in Bank PO exam.

After that  in 2013, I just cleared IBPO- 3 written exam and then interview. This was my first interview of my life. So, I was very nervous before interview but I answered all question with confidence and finally cleared IBPS PO-3 and I got IDBI BANK.

After seeing my final result I was shocked because I got IDBI, my  favourite bank.

In this struggle, my family members & friends helped me all time and encouraging me for preparation. All the best to all future aspirants. Remember that it is not a tough exam and you can do it. It�s important to believe in yourself.

Final Result : IDBI BANK ( PO)  FINAL SCORE: 37.40
