Practice, Practice & Practice: My secret to success (Bharath: Bank PO in Indian Bank)

One of our ardent reader, Bharath, has shared his success story with us. Read on...

Friends,

I'm Bharath from WestGodavari district of AndhraPradesh.! I completed my graduation from Btech in ECE in the year 2012. Since then, I've been  trying for both software and this banking exams at the same time. :p :p (To say frank, I was neither serious for both nor dedicated to achieve some thing). It took almost 8 previous attempts for me to achieve this "short term goal". No sooner I realized the value of life than I started preparing for competitive exams seriously from March 2013 only when I found that my skills for software are good for nothing :(.

My preparation strategy :

Friends, for bank exams, after knowing the basics of each and every concept that is required, I suggest only Practice makes you perfect. Practice , and then Practice and then Practice even more keeping time in mind. Try to complete the paper 15 minutes even before the stipulated time while you practice. The more times you practice, the more you will get to know about your time management for the sections.

I suggest you to read as many success stories as U can before you sincerely start preparing (This really helped me to get some confidence at my initial stages that I too can be a PO). Friends, For bank exams, no coaching is necessary if you completely dedicate yourself to achieve your goal. For General Awareness and Banking Awareness, trust me, You can completely depend on our own "BANKERS ADDA" ! Go through the daily GK Updates and keep updated yourself.

Friends, I've secured 86 marks in written and 67 in interview which make combined score of 47.80 under GENERAL category and got selected in INDIAN BANK(my 2nd option) :)

Don't Apply for exams believing that you cannot crack it. Once you Apply for it don't rest until U crack it. God's Delays are not his Denials. All the best friends.
